Our ability to fulfill requested services is largely reliant on local weather conditions. Conditions that affect our ability to fly include wind, precipitation, high humidity, and the presence of thunderstorms in the vicinity. Please note that if a job is not able to be completed due to hazardous weather conditions, we will notify you immediately and reschedule.

While cloudy, overcast weather conditions may not necessarily hinder our ability to fly, we understand that you may not want clouds in the backgrounds of your photos/videos. If this is of concern to you, contact us and we can discuss rescheduling.

To safeguard against any unforeseen incidents, we are committed to insuring our drones comprehensively. To cover this insurance, a nominal fee of $10 is added to each project. While we utilize advanced AI photography tools to remove some of these items digitally, these tools are not always 100% effective, so it is important to remove undesirable elements prior to each shoot.

Before each job, we check local trash pick-up schedules. If your scheduled shoot is on the property’s trash pick-up day, note that we may contact you to discuss rescheduling.

For all photography services, we utilize Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to meticulously edit each photo to perfection, ensuring stunning results every time. We understand the importance of client satisfaction, which is why we offer minor re-editing options to guarantee that your vision is fully realized.
